About NAR Code of Ethics and Enforcement:

Meet your ethics requirement for both the New Mexico Real Estate Commission and for the National Association of Realtors with one class!

This class will cover:

Class will cover the history of the Code of Ethics, the Code of Ethics and Pathways for Professionalism, the Code of Ethics enforcement process, procuring cause and case Studies of selected articles

Until further notice, all courses will be offered Live Online via ZOOM.  Attendees will need a strong internet connection, a working web camera and microphone (or you can use a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.)  Attendees must be seated and facing forward toward the camera with their full face viewable (please no walking your dog or ZOOMING from your car.) A working microphone is required since this class is an interactive participation-based course.  MESA Real Estate Institute, LLC, reserves the right to refuse attendance to anyone who can not comply with these guidelines.

No more than two participants per camera please. 

You will receive a confirmation email after you register for the course.  The ZOOM Link to join the course and any Course Material needed to complete the class will be emailed prior. 

Although all Brokers are welcome, our classes are designed with residential real estate Brokers and property managers in mind.  If you specialize in commercial real estate, please contact carnm.com for classes.
